Las Once is a family business founded in 2007 with the idea of producing high quality
artisanal pisco that represents the true spirit of Peru. Pisco is culture, tradition and identity;
therefore, in homage to our ancestors, pisco lovers, "Las Once" was born.
Passion, Union and Tradition are the pillars on which "Las Once" is based because they
represent the passion with which we commit to, the family union, and the respect for our
traditions.
Our commitment and promise to our customers is to provide an elegant and refined product, with a premium quality, without losing the roots of its origin. We seek to provide our consumers with the most exquisite pisco in the world.
Our winery is located in the Mala River Valley, district of San Vicente de Azpitia, province of Cañete, Lima Region - Peru. San Vicente de Azpitia, better known as "The balcony of the sky", is a peaceful place located 90 kilometers south of the city of Lima. It is located at an altitude of 120 m.a.s.l., in the middle of arid sandy mountains and an exuberant valley, very close to the sea.
It is an agricultural area, its main crops are fruits such as grapes, apples, pears, peaches, pomegranates, quinces and pacaes; thanks to its temperate climate that in winter is 16 °C, and in summer with an average of 30 °C.
These cultivated fields are irrigated with the waters of the Mala River, which comes from the high peaks of the western chain of the Andes, and which contribute to the richness of its soils.
It is a wine-growing area par excellence, towards the south of the city Lima is the first Pisco Route.
